Parts are made to order for you and are not
returnable.
All fiberglass parts are made to order and usually ship between 1 and 2 weeks from order date.

International orders are sent USPS
International Priority Mail.
International orders include insurance.
It is our experience that the insurance is difficult, if not
impossible to collect. We cannot be responsible for
items damaged in shipping.
Filing a claim is the responsibility of
the Customer.
We are glad to ship to internationally,
however, it is entirely at Customers' own risk.
If an item is damaged, it will be up to
the Customer to resolve the matter with the Postal Service.

avoid damage, large fiberglass parts and large canopies can be shipped
separately.
